In an effort to provide more personalized care, I am not a participating member of any insurance panels at this time.
I am happy to provide a receipt (or “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance companies for possible reimbursement.
I am also not accepting patients with Medicare at this time, even if you are self-pay.
