  • I am able to see patients all over the state of California through telehealth.

  • Both in person and telehealth options are available.

  • In an effort to provide more personalized care, I am not a participating member of any insurance panels at this time.

    I am happy to provide a receipt (or “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance companies for possible reimbursement.

    I am also not accepting patients with Medicare at this time, even if you are self-pay.

  • Please contact the office directly for up-to-date information regarding fees.

  • Fees are due in full at the time of service, via cash, check or Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
